Overview

FlowTrack is a SaaS platform designed to help teams manage projects, tasks, collaboration, and reporting in one place. It is mainly used by startups, agencies, and small to mid-sized businesses.

Problem

The existing product experience was cluttered and difficult to navigate. Users struggled with a confusing dashboard, poor information hierarchy, low engagement with reports, and an unclear onboarding process.

Goal

The goal was to simplify the overall experience, improve clarity and usability, increase engagement with important features, and create a scalable and consistent design system.

Approach

The focus was on redesigning high-impact areas such as the dashboard, navigation, task management, and reports. Instead of redesigning everything, priority was given to improving the core user experience.

Unified Information Architecture

By consolidating navigation and feedback into a single, cohesive shell, we reduced tab-switching by 40% and improved task discovery speed significantly.

Interactive Context Switching

The design system allows users to switch between high-level reporting and granular task management without losing their place in the workflow.
